From the South on Everett Turnpike

Taking the Everett Turnpike (Rte 3) North, stay on the Everett Turnpike.  Stay straight onto 293 N after the tolls (75¢) in Bedford.  Take exit 5 (Granite Street).  Take a Right off the exit; at the third set of lights take a Left onto Elm Street (you’ll see the Verizon Center).  After the 4th set of lights, take a Right onto Lowell Street.  The Wellington Trade Center is on your right, before the Red Arrow Diner.

From the South on 93 North

Taking 93 North, take the left exit onto 293 North. After exit 1 (Brown Ave, signs for airport), bear Right to stay on 293 North.  Take exit 5 (Granite Street).  Take a Right off the exit, at the third set of lights take a Left onto Elm Street (you’ll see the Verizon Center).  After the 4th set of lights, take a Right onto Lowell Street.  The Wellington Trade Center is on your right, before the Red Arrow Diner.

From the North

Take 93 South, bear right onto 293 South, take exit 6.  Stay Right all the way around the Amoskeag Bridge.  After the first light, get into the left lane (to avoid accidentally taking Canal Street).  Take a Right at the next light onto Elm Street.  You’ll go through two sets of lights (the second one at Bridge Street).  Turn Left onto Lowell Street.  The Wellington Trade Center is on your right, before the Red Arrow Diner.

* If you accidentally take Canal Street, take a left at the first or second light, and at the end of the block, take a right onto Elm Street.  You’ll only go through one set of lights (Bridge Street) before turning left onto Lowell Street.

About Downtown Parking

The meters are $1 for two hours.  Save yourself the stress of a parking ticket!

Lowell, Chestnut, Concord, Pine, and many other streets in downtown Manchester are one-way streets.  If you miss the building or can’t find a parking spot, turn Right at the stop sign onto Chestnut Street, Right onto Concord Street, Right onto Elm, and Right again onto Lowell.  In short, just stay right.

Before 5 p.m., I suggest finding on-street parking (30 minutes per quarter, 2 hours max).  There are two parking garages within walking distance if you can’t find a parking spot.  After 5 p.m., you can park in the lot between the Wellington Trade Center and the Red Arrow.  On most weekend evenings, there are people at the booth of this parking lot charging $5 to park.  Inform them that you have an appointment with me, give them an approximate amount of time that you'll be parked there, and they won't charge you.  (Note: They will only let you park for free when you actually have an appointment with me.)

The meters don’t matter after 8 p.m. or on the weekends, but they are well-monitored during the weekdays!
